  My daughter came in to cash some savings bonds yesterday. The first time she came in, she was told to take a seat and wait. 30 minutes later, she had still not been helped and left. She returned a few hours later and was told that, since she didn't have an account, she could only cash five bonds. We have been cashing bonds at two BofA locations (including this one) for a few weeks now with no problem...until this day. We knew from our previous research and experience that we could cash 10 bonds or $1000 in value, whichever we met first. My daughter stated this and the teller rudely told her that she could do it this once. She also reprimanded my daughter for signing the bonds even though, at all of our previous encounters, we had been told that completing the backs of the bonds ahead of time would be helpful to the tellers. Due to the treatment my daughter received, I will certainly avoid using this location in the future.

  Super do not like here, my wife came here to withdraw money, the staff questioned for half an hour. And poor service attitude.
