- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The doctors office I used to work for used this service mostly for the pre-collection letters and it was a mess! They continued to place patients into collections before approved and when they collected from the patient they wouldn't send the doctors office a check unless we called and asked where the payment was. Very unprofessional and a huge pain to deal with! I would not recommend using this agency for your collection needs.By Jennifer Farrell, September 18, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very Rude, very Unprofessional and Unethical in trying to make you pay for a Bill in which the Dr. office never send any claims to the insurance co. but they claim to have all the right answers . but according to them my Dr. doesn't have to send claims to my Insurance. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have full coverage yet when I went in for an emergency visit for some reason the collection agency said I have to pay that doctor 500 dollars!
