- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have used them to return products to Amazon and warranty repair over the past 1yr. Most of the time, they are profession and courteous. I went to mail a package (already boxed and taped - just needed UPS address label). I arrived at 6:02pm. The door was locked and a customer was still in the shop. An employee came to the door and said they were closed and to come back tomorrow. I commented it was 2 min past close and they were still helping customers. She said sorry and closed the door. Needless to say, I did not go back nor will I. There are too many other choices. Before this experience, I would have given them 4 stars. Now 2.By Michael Greco, January 31, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Probably the worst service out of any UPS store I've ever been to. The guy that works there gouges the pricing and tries to charge as much as possible on any package unless you question what the charges are for.
